Hi, I’m Jennifer—founder of Bodhi Mama Birth & Botanicals.
I support women through the full arc of the perinatal journey—fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond—through a holistic and trauma-informed lens. My approach weaves together years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, clinical herbalist, and birth and postpartum doula, grounded in a foundation of psychology and somatic care.
I believe that motherhood is sacred—and that women deserve to be deeply cared for as they bring life into the world. Whether you’re calling in a baby, healing after birth, or simply needing to feel held in your body, I offer care that is rooted in presence, gentleness, and trust.
My passion for healing began with her studies and practice of Psychology and have continued for over a decade, accumulating skills in a wide array of holistic healing modalities. She is the owner of Bodhi Mama Botanicals and is a Clinical Herbalist, Traditional Chinese Massage Therapist, Frequency Healer, Reiki Master, EFT practitioner and Somatic Wellness Coach. In addition, she has crafted her own Botanical Shop in which she formulates delicious organic herbal tonics and luscious skin care botanicals that support mind, body and soul wellness.
My culinary background plays a big part in my work with new mothers. I spent over a decade in professional kitchens, including time as an Ayurvedic chef, where I learned how food can be a powerful form of medicine. I now bring that into my postpartum meal prep—creating nutrient-dense, warming, and delicious meals to support your healing and energy during the fourth trimester.
Each offering I share—massage, herbs, emotional support, or food—is an invitation to come home to yourself. To feel nourished, connected, and whole.
When I’m not working with mamas, you can find me in the garden with my herbs, cooking barefoot in the kitchen, or grounding in nature. I’m honored to walk beside you on this sacred path of motherhood.
